How long can I ride on a single battery charge?
Your e-bike's battery power determines how long you can ride. Divide the battery power (indicated in watt-hours in the e-bike's datasheet) by 12.5. The result is the distance the bike will travel before it needs to be recharged. However, keep in mind that this formula is only suitable for throttle electric bikes that ride autonomously.
In electric assistance mode, one charge usually lasts for several rather long rides. Bosch batteries, for example, are usually adequate for trips ranging from 40 to 120 kilometers, depending on the terrain. An ordinary power outlet usually takes about three hours to fully charge these batteries.
In addition, in daily life, you should also pay attention to the maintenance of the battery. For the specific operation, please refer to our previous article: Battery Tips for the Summer for Your Electric Bike
