1300W Upgraded Brushless Gear Hub Motor

The 1300W (Peak) 750W (Sustained) geared hub SUTTO motor, branch brand of Bafang, can generate max 90 Nm & 28mph. torque helping conquer hills faster, conquer all terrain easier, speed up quicker and experience a stronger ride and better comfortable riding.
Why Torque Sensor
The torque sensor pedal assist systems measure the amount of power you are putting into the pedals and it will increase or decrease the electric assist based on your pedaling power, providing smoother acceleration, better hill-climbing capability, and improved energy efficiency. This results in a more intuitive and enjoyable ride, making torque sensing e-bikes a preferred choice for many cyclists. They are also generally found on the more expensive e-bikes or e-bike kits.

Did the HovAlpha Bundle Sale when it was $1,000 of for two. Got on step-thru, one regular. Have my construction crew using them to haul material on an island that does not allow cars and is know for its snowy/cold conditions.
Pros:
Super easy to assemble
Very powerful bikes...(28mph flys) and load capicity is more than advertised - 230lb guy hauls 200lb material with ease...handles great on all terrains
The LED spotlights on the removeable battery are a great lil perk that you didn't knew you needed.
Battery life is great, even in harsh conditions
Cons:
Supppper heavy & bulky. I had to bring both up a winding set of stairs in my apartment when they arrived. I'm 5'11", 190lbs and pretty fit. I had to sit down for a minute after hoofing these up.
The fenders make riding in wet snow impossible.
Be nice if the tires were tubless.
Going to buy again in the near future

We really like our Alphas.
We had to look up how to put the bike together. Surprised how heavy the feel riding. We know they weighed over 70 pounds but we're surprised how much power it takes to get it rolling. I'm sure it is just a matter of getting used to it vs the pace. It's nice to have the suspension though. Not sure we would have purchased them if they weren't on sale but we are pleased they were.

I recently bought two alpha ebikes about 3 weeks ago. My wife and I have ridden them everyday. We are absolutely in love with them.The bikes are freakin' awesome!!!

We bought 2 bikes with "$644 free accessories" with each. There was a very limited number of accessories in stock when we purchased. Anyway, the bikes arrived fast, were easy to assemble and are great fun to ride. The accessories we finally found arrived 2 days later.

We are loving our hovalpha bikes! I’m 5’8” and got the step-through. We LOVE riding them though! Such a great time and if my back starts hurting I can just push the button and keep up with my husband. :)
