I have been researching for over a year to find the ebike that is well built, smooth torque sensor, hydraulic brakes and fold for our RV adventures. These Hovbetas are very smooth on take off and fun to ride. I am very satisfied and would recommend them.

First 10 miles were awesome, then pedal assist stopped working. After a few calls/emails to support, which they answered, they determined the torque sensor was bad. They sent me a new one, installed and the bike is back to great. Customer service was outstanding. Bike is well built. I do wish it had an integrated brake/tail light though. Would recommend.

We debated buying HOVSCO bikes and are extremely glad we did!!! The customer service was outstanding and the bikes checked all of our boxes. They are well made, sturdy and climb hills like a breeze.

Did the HovAlpha Bundle Sale when it was $1,000 of for two. Got on step-thru, one regular. Have my construction crew using them to haul material on an island that does not allow cars and is know for its snowy/cold conditions.

Pros:
Super easy to assemble
Very powerful bikes...(28mph flys) and load capicity is more than advertised - 230lb guy hauls 200lb material with ease...handles great on all terrains
The LED spotlights on the removeable battery are a great lil perk that you didn't knew you needed.
Battery life is great, even in harsh conditions

Cons:
Supppper heavy & bulky. I had to bring both up a winding set of stairs in my apartment when they arrived. I'm 5'11", 190lbs and pretty fit. I had to sit down for a minute after hoofing these up.
The fenders make riding in wet snow impossible.
Be nice if the tires were tubless.

Going to buy again in the near future

Rides well on all surfaces from flat paved roadways to a 4000-foot + elevation climb up a rugged steep mountain road.

I got my HovBeta about one month ago and I have now put on about 240 miles mostly 10 miles here 12 miles there and my longest ride was 30 miles (I only used 20%of the battery). I enjoy the bike very much. I find it to be comfortable and fun to ride. I only wish that I could get the odometer to read 1 mile when I ride 1 mile instead of 1.2 miles every time I ride 1 mile. I’m having some difficulty getting this resolved. Otherwise the bike is fabulous.

It was a great choice. I would recommend it to anybody. The full suspension was worth it.

In my past I have owned and sold about 9-10 e-bikes and currently own 4 including another foldable from a different manufacturer and a HOVSCO Cargo. From build quality to looks and performance the HOVSCO foldable is by far my favorite. You will have no regrets purchasing a HOVSCO.

What a great bike! 65 miles of off road trail the very first weekend! Zero problems!

The electric bike is in a good size, just right for our family, the seat is very comfortable can be adjusted. The handbar located at the comfortable level. The material of handlebar is very smooth. We tried it several time on the road. It ran pretty smooth with 450w motor, easy to control the speed. The battery life is great, last for a while. Therefore we don’t need to charge all the time, it also comes with the light which is very cool. Very convenient for a short distance drive when you go for small groceries, it is easy for storage because it’s foldable. In conclusion, very good product, worth to buy it

I can’t imagine the packing was very good , very well sealed and all scooter components well protected. It is easy to assemble. It’s suitable for adults and big children. My 12 year old son loved it. The bakes are great, it’s easy to use and stop. It has three speeds and easy to control. my son usually use speed one, I always use speed 2. It’s not very heavy, and it is simple to fold and put it into the car. The basket on the back is very convenient for me to go to the market and buy some things. I highly recommend.
