The Hovsco HovRanger has two modern frame styles available for riders, so does Ride1UP 700 Series. The bike is offered with the step-through or step-over frame. This upright riding position is relaxed and comfortable. And both bike’s motor can generate up to 750W and reach 28mph. Riders will find the bike is an excellent substitute for commuting by car.

Taking a deeper look into the specifications you can more easily spot the differences. When comparing the Hovsco HovRanger to the Ride1Up700 XR you’ll note that the Aventon Pace 500 is 4 pounds lighter and also has hydraulic disc brakes, front suspension fork. And they both are equipped with hydraulic disc brakes, the price is only $4 difference. Plus the HovRanger sports a larger motor and a battery which means a better bike maintenance and lifespan. 

Overall, the Hovsco brand offers better value if you want more torque and need a fast e-bike for your daily commute, and moreover, you can ride Hovsco utility e-bike to take on road trips and uneven terrain. While Ride1Up Bike is a more established brand, but its motor and battery capacity and its uploaded weight is less than Hovsco ebikes.
