750W Upgraded Brushless Gear Hub Motor

Use the latest technology, which provide more power, more efficiently. The 750W geared hub SUTTO motor, branch brand of Bafang, can generate max 85 Nm. torque helping conquer hills faster, conquer all terrain easier, speed up quicker and experience a stronger ride and better comfortable riding.

Torque Sensor

The torque sensor pedal assist systems measure the amount of power you are putting into the pedals and it will increase or decrease the electric assist based on your pedaling power. The torque sensor systems have a very intuitive ride feel because they emulate your pedal power very well. They are also generally found on the more expensive e-bikes or e-bike kits. The torque sensors are generally found in the bottom bracket, rear drop out, or in the rear hub motor.

48V 20Ah Samsung/LG Lithium-ion Battery

Our powerful 750W motor is coupled with our 960Wh high- capacity integrated battery! It ensures a long life expectancy and distinguished performance. The single range can be up to 80 miles per charge on pedal-assist mode and around 60 miles on pure electric power mode. Fine bike horrible customer service

I bought 2 hovsco hov alphas and since then my neighborhood saw these nice bikes and now our neighbor hood has 4 dis-including ours. I have had some problems like errors and replacement parts, BUT THEY TAKE WEEKS TO ANSWER if you just say hello it will take them a while to say hello back, you can’t call or text without an answer I have never heard anyone from hovsco before even after calling at least 8 times I’m not an annoying customer I just want to make the best out of a almost 2k bike

Retired and still riding

I've been riding ebikes for many years, and this is the best bike I've had. I have joint pain and the only way for me to ride with my wife is with the help of my ebike. I recently switched to Hovsco after a test ride. It's been nearly a month and I love it!

9 Months Later

Nine months later and we are still enjoying our bikes. We have over 300 miles and they are still going strong. I would also like to HOVSCO AS A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will update again for our one year anniversary of having our bikes and 16th year of marriage.

sweet ride

I have had it for about month now. The torque sensor works well - really a natural feeling to pedaling. It's a bit heavy, but it's fast, quite well built and very nice looking with the smooth ground welds. The packaging and instructions and assembly were very straight forward. The big battery is great - can go for long rides without much battery. I really like the fat tires as well - can go anywhere. I'm very happy with the bike.

I own a HOVSCO e-bike and wow! It is the best e-bike I have ever driven over my yearly periods of e-bikes. So sturdy with high quality parts. I saw sondors and aventon go for 2900 or 3800 with the same speeds as the HOVSCO e-bikes and the HOVSCO alpha is a mountain bike witch is amazing. Trust me you will get scammed if you buy any other e-bike with the same specs for 2000+ just get HOVSCO very fast bike and very good motor and tourq. Nice job HOVSCO

Great Bike, Missing quality of life Features

For a 2k bike it has all the major features one might want quite happy! But its the small details that are missing, for the price and hype I expect to a very thoughtful bike.

For weather conditions, the mudguards are alright, I'd expect something a little substantial but they work. But if you want a rider with running boards you NEED a skirt guard, a chaincase as well would keep them from getting tangled up, and the chain lasting longer too. Internal Gears could've been another good weather bonus.

A built in Frame Lock would really let me jump into the convenience store for a minute without a big hassle! As a cargo bike everyone should get such a feature. It could have even connected to the app to warn me if it gets moved/unlocked before I'm back.

TL;DR Overall great, but expected more leading-edge details & thoughtfulness.

Excellent value bike

Got my bike 2 weeks ago. So far, it's been great. I ride 20 miles round-trip daily. I need to upgrade the seat soon.
